Latest experiment Idea

We have decided to update our experiment so it is on a more accurate point. Antarctica should be in a cool environment, but climate change is forcing it to endure a warmer environment then it should be in. What we plan to do is compare the speed melting rate between the ice sculpture in A cool environment (the fridge) to the speed melting rate in a warm environment (the kitchen). A major problem with our last experiment was that what we measured was not exact, we did use a ruler, but what was holding the water (average drinking glass) was not what the ruler said. This time when we do the experiment we will pour the defrosted water into a graduated cylinder, which will tell us the precise amount of water that is lost. We will do this experiment twice, once in the fridge, and once in the kitchen, and we will compare the amounts of water that were lost.
